BAILEY VAIL Kaitlin "Bailey" Vail graduated from San Diego State University with her BS in kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-physical therapy. She received her Doctor in Physical Therapy degree in May 2017 from Idaho State University in Pocatello. While she was a DPT student, she developed and implemented a program called the Center for Tactical Athletic Performance. The target population of this program is law enforcement officers. Immediately after graduation she was hired by the ISU DPT program to continue directing the CTAP program. In addition to CTAB other responsibilities include assisting in multiple courses, supervising students in practicum, and research.
