PUBLIC NOTICE TO TAKE LAND "IN TRUST" BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS, FORT HALL AGENCY BINGHAM COUNTY, IDAHO FINAL NOTICE OF AGENCY DETERMINATION TO TAKE LAND "IN TRUST" SUMMARY: The Superintendent, Fort Hall Agency, Bureau oflndian Affairs, U.S Department of the Interior, on the below date, made an agency determination to acquire the following tract of land "in trust" for the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of the Fort Hall Reservation, Idaho. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION, CONTACT: Ms. Sarah Jack, Realty Officer, Fort Hall Agency Bureau oflndian Affairs, PO Box 220, Fort Hall, ID 83203, telephone (208) 238-2307 SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This notice is published to comply with the requirement of25 CFR 151.12(d) that notice be given to the public of the decision by the authorized representative of the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land "in trust". The purpose of the 30-day waiting period in 25 CFR 151.12 (d) is to afford interested parties the opportunity to seek judicial review of administrative decisions to take land "in trust" for tribes or individual Indians before transfer of title to the property occurs On March 22, 2013, the Superintendent, Fort Hall Agency, decided to accept the acreage, of land "in trust" for the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of the Fort Hall Reservation, Idaho, pursuant to the Indian Reorganization Act (IRA) of June 18 1934 (48 Stat. 984: 25 U.S.. 465) The Superintendent, Fort Hall Agency, on behalf of the Secretary of the Interior, shall acquire title in the name of the United States of America "in trust" for the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of the Fort Hall Reservation the following parcel of land; Notice is published in newspapers of general circulation within the State of Idaho, Bingham County being more Former Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Allotment 1590 The W/2, SWV4, NEV4, Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridian, Bingham County, Idaho, containing approximately twenty (20) acres more or less.
